Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened and unused conditions with all seals and packaging and must be returned within 14 days of receiving.

A dispatch note or invoice is required for all returns. If you do not have those details please enclose an explanatory note with your order number and a reason for return.
If you receive any damaged items, please arrange a return by contacting us within 14 days. We will either offer a refund or a replacement. A photographical evidence may require supporting claim of damages.
In the exceptional event of customer receiving incorrect items, please notify us. We will arrange a return and upon receiving an item we will send the correct item.
